Current Partners
In 2026 we were awarded a grant from The Daniel’s Fund to partner with Project Destined to create a virtual real estate internship opportunity for high school students in the Denver metro area.
Starting in 2026 resident services has partnered with KeyBank to bring 4 segment financial wellness workshops covering budgeting, emergency planning, and credit reporting in the Denver metro area. KeyBank has enrolled residents in BankOn banking accounts to help them work toward financial freedom.
We partner with Homeward Pikes Peak to create a unique affordable housing community in Colorado Springs, incorporating permanent supportive housing (PSH) units.
We joined forces to redevelop Arroyo Village to include a shelter facility, 35 units of low-income permanent supportive housing, and 95 units of affordable housing for individuals and families in the workforce.
RMC Property Services provides third-party management for Jefferson Center for Mental Health as they provide high-quality mental and behavioral health care and counseling one person or family at a time.
RMC Property Services provides third-party management for Warren Village as they support low-income, single-parent families to achieve sustainable personal and economic self-sufficiency.
Rocky Mountain Communities is a part of NeighborWorks national network of affordable housing organizations driven to create opportunities for people to improve their lives and strength their communities.
