Dontae Latson joined Rocky Mountain Communities as the Chief Executive Officer in July 2019. Dontae is a servant leader with over 20 years of experience and 15 years as an executive leader in the human services arena.

Mark marshall
VICE PRESIDENT OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Mark Marshall joined the Rocky Mountain Communities team in February 2021. He brings to the organization more than 35 years of experience in architectural design, construction management and real estate development with a focus on supporting nonprofits.

Brandi Lindbom
VICE PRESIDENT OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Brandi Lindbom joined RMC in August 2018 as a property manager, where she soon became an Area Manager. She served as a Regional Manager of the Northern Region, and in October 2021 was named Vice President of Property Management. Brandi brings over 12 years of experience in property management to the RMC team.

Juanita Rodriguez joined Rocky Mountain Communities in March 2022. She brings to the organization more than 20 years of experience in government, non-profit and for-profit organizations. Her community experience includes working with children, adults, families and seniors across Colorado, building collaborative partnerships and creating programs and systems designed for delivering equitable services and programs that inspire and empower others.

Karrie Simmons joined RMC as Vice President of Finance in August 2022. Simmons has 19 progressive years of accounting and finance experience.

Maria Effiong joined Rocky Mountain Communities in April 2022. She’s a seasoned human resources professional with nine years of experience. Her previous industry experience was in healthcare, and her specialization is in organizational leadership.

Tregia “Gia” Stewart joined Rocky Mountain Communities in October of 2022. She brings with her over 22 years of administrative experience and an educational background in psychology and lay counseling. Gia is passionate about providing support to those who are on the front lines, fighting for housing security in vulnerable communities.
