Dontae Latson joined Rocky Mountain Communities as the Chief Executive Officer in July 2019. Dontae is a servant leader with over 20 years of experience and 15 years as an executive leader in the human services arena.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND FINANCIAL OFFICER
Tracy Gargaro joined Rocky Mountain Communities as its Chief Financial Officer in November 2012 and added the title of Chief Operating Officer in June 2013. Tracy brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate, finance and banking.
VICE PRESIDENT OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Mark Marshall joined the Rocky Mountain Communities team in February 2021. He brings to the organization more than 35 years of experience in architectural design, construction management and real estate development with a focus on supporting nonprofits.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS
David Dodge joined Rocky Mountain Communities in October 2020. David has more than 15 years of transformation-driven leadership experience in the design and delivery of financial management, operational infrastructure and real estate asset management.
Director of Development, Equity and Engagement
Denise Gomez joined Rocky Mountain Communities as the Director of Development, Equity and Engagement in January 2021. Denise brings over 11 years of experience in nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, fundraising, donor cultivation, along with nonpartisan campaign and community organizing.
Brandi Lindbom joined RMC in August 2018 as a property manager, where she soon became an Area Manager. She is now the Regional Manager of the Northern Region. Brandi brings over 12 years of experience in property management.
Matt Scott joined Rocky Mountain Communities/Pillar Properties Services in November 2015 as Managing Director of Property Management. Matt brings over 23 years of experience in property management.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Kim Abeyta joined Rocky Mountain Communities in July 2016 as its Human Resources Manager. Practicing human resources in a variety of industries (publishing, construction, automotive and presently, property management) has provided her the opportunity to work in all areas of HR – including recruiting, on-boarding, training, benefits administration and employee relations.
Jeanette Donizio has more than 13 years experience as a Controller for a large property management company and spent 10 years in various accounting roles with a national owner/manager of mobile home parks. She is also a certified Yardi trainer.
