Mark Marshall is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain Communities. He joined the organization as the Vice President of Real Estate Development in February 2021 and moved into his current role in October 2023 with a commitment to uphold the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Tregia “Gia” Stewart joined Rocky Mountain Communities in October of 2022. She brings with her over 22 years of administrative experience and an educational background in psychology and lay counseling. Gia is passionate about providing support to those who are on the front lines, fighting for housing security in vulnerable communities.

Vice President of Resident Services
Juanita Rodriguez joined Rocky Mountain Communities in March 2022. She brings to the organization more than 20 years of experience in government, non-profit and for-profit organizations. Her community experience includes working with children, adults, families and seniors across Colorado, building collaborative partnerships and creating programs and systems designed for delivering equitable services and programs that inspire and empower others.

AMRITPAL BYRD
Vice president of property management
Amritpal Byrd joined the Rocky Mountain Communities team in July 2023. Amritpal brings over 20 yrs of property management experience in affordable housing with permanent supportive services. Her leadership and commitment to housing justice drives forward the RMC’s mission to provide hope in housing.

ANGEI VALRIE

Angei joined Rocky Mountain Communities in September 2023. She brings to the organization over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in various industries, including telecom and security. Skilled in employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor law compliance. Passionate about building rapport with employees and managers at all levels and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
