Awards will be presented for outstanding support of the affordable housing industry and
the organization including:

  • Affordable Housing Innovator Award: individual or organization whose efforts have advanced important opportunities or removed major obstacles for the affordable housing industry in Colorado that will have a measurable impact now, and in the future on the lives of low-income residents in our communities.
  • RMC Partner of the Year Award: recognizes an exceptional partner organization and its staff for their exemplary collaboration and impact within RMC communities. Through their outreach, implementation and services provided, we gained powerful new insights about challenges in the community and established ways to effectively support our residents. Through their work with staff and residents, the partner helps residents become well-informed, connected, engaged, and pursue pathways to success and opportunity.
  • RMC Community Champion Award: recognizes and celebrates the efforts of an individual who exemplifies leadership, inspiration, and a commitment to creating opportunity and a positive impact within an RMC community.

Resident Services is the heartbeat of our residential communities. We engage
residents, staff, and members of the community to build Safe, Equitable, Resilient and
Vibrant (SERV) Communities where people are empowered and thrive. We focus on
holistic care – engaging the whole person – to help our residents with upward mobility.
