Garden Court is Rocky Mountain Communities’ biggest community. With 300 units, grassy open space and a new playground, this community in the Lowry neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Garden Court is currently undergoing major renovations to include new flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as exterior upgrades.
Garden Court also boasts the largest resident services program, utilizing the community room every day of the week.
