Rob Fossi

President and Chief Executive Officer

Rob Fossi brings over 35 years of community development experience spanning private and non-profit sectors across national, regional, and local markets. His career includes executive-level leadership at organizations such as Enterprise Community Development, The Community Builders, and Fannie Mae. Rob also oversaw all regional and national grantmaking for Fannie Mae Foundation (“FMF”) and designed and launched a Local Initiatives Support Corp (“LISC”) program in New Orleans after serving in a leadership role for DC LISC.

Tony Hunt

Vice President of Property Management

Tony Hunt joined Rocky Mountain Communities in 2026, bringing over 20 years of operational and asset management experience spanning multifamily, hospitality, senior living, and construction consulting. His career includes executive-level leadership at several of the nation’s NMHC Top 10 management firms, where he directed multistate portfolios and oversaw more than $55 million in capital improvements. Hailing from the U.S. Virgin Islands with a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of the Virgin Islands, Tony leads with a servant’s heart and a deep belief that exceptional operations start with a hospitality-first resident experience.

Tony Frank

Vice President of Fund Development

Tony Frank joined Rocky Mountain Communities in May 2024. Tony brings more than 20 years of experience in community program development, policy evaluation, and market analysis in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining RMC, Tony was the Director of Business Development for PCs for People; Director of Digital Inclusion for Denver Housing Authority; a Senior Research Analyst with BCS, Incorporated where he supported and led projects for clients that included the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
