Grand Manor Community offers affordable housing in the heart of Grand Junction, providing quality living options for low-income residents in the valley. Our multi-family housing development built in 1974 features 112 units and is conveniently located at 28 ¼ Rd and Orchard Avenue, near Columbine Park and the Grand Valley Canal. Families in our community have access to excellent local schools, including Nisley Elementary, Bookcliff Middle School, and Central High School. There is easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, and a local recreation center is coming soon. As part of our commitment to fostering a welcoming environment, we maintain a vibrant community garden in our courtyard, where residents are encouraged to grow and connect.

Highway 50 is a key transportation center and the largest city between Denver, Colorado, and Salt Lake City, Utah. Grand Junction is also a thriving college town, home to Colorado Mesa University.
