Resident Services
Resident Services
At Rocky Mountain Communities, Resident Services is designed to support residents in building stability, opportunity, and long-term success.
Our approach is simple: we meet residents where they are and connect them to the resources, tools, and support they need to move forward.
Through our Community Navigator model, our team works directly with residents at each property to provide one-on-one support, connect them to resources, and bring programs on-site that respond to real needs.
Our Resident Services model is designed to serve entire communities. By combining on-site staff, strong partnerships, and practical programming, we can reach more residents, respond quickly to changing needs, and provide consistent, accessible support across our properties.
How we work
Our Community Navigators are based at our properties and serve as trusted, accessible points of support for residents. They:
- Help residents navigate resources and services
- Provide one-on-one support for housing and financial challenges
- Connect residents to community partners
- Host workshops, events, and programs on-site
Our goal is to ensure that every resident has access to support when they need it.
