Vice President of Real Estate
The Vice President of Real Estate Development is responsible for leading the originating, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the development of affordable housing for the organization. Projects may include new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation, portfolio syndication, and joint ventures with other partners. This full-time position includes regular travel throughout Colorado to tour properties, attend meetings, and support organizational expansion, including developing and evaluating RMC staff, and supporting new real estate partnerships.

Director of Resident Services
Director of Resident Services leads the management and implementation of programs that support the well-being, self-sufficiency, and housing stability of residents across multiple locations in Colorado. The Director will focus on developing initiatives that promote economic empowerment, community cohesion, and access to essential services, utilizing a trauma- informed approach. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Resident Services, the Director will oversee a team, including Peer Support Professionals, and ensure alignment with RMC’s mission. This role requires strong administrative, computer, and interpersonal skills, alongside experience working with low-income communities.

Resident Services Peer Support Professional
The Resident Services Peer Support Professional is an integral position toward building safe, equitable, resilient, and vibrant (SERV) communities where families thrive. The Resident Services Peer Support Professional uses their lived experience to help others in a person-centered and trauma-informed approach; they have lived experience in the process of recovery from mental health disorder, substance use disorder, or trauma either as person who has received recovery services or as a parent, family member or caregiver of a person who has received services. They build trusting relationships by directly working with residents of all ages, property management staff and community partners to provide linkage and access to health, housing, training, education and community support services. Responsibilities also include maintenance of resident/client case records in accordance with Medicaid/Medicare requirements. Peer support professionals are an integral part of the behavioral health crisis management and recovery support teams for delivering quality continuum of care.
